任职要求：
本科及以上学历，人力、工商等相关专业优先，有1-3年HRBP经验且乐园/文旅行业优先，需熟悉人力核心模块、懂劳动法、具备业务敏感度和服务意识，抗压性强能适应节假日加班，亲和力佳、熟练使用办公软件，认同乐园文化，有人力效能分析能力者优先。
