岗位描述：

基础能力：

- 软件工程、计算机、数学统计、人工智能等相关专业，本科及以上学历

- 熟悉计算机基础知识（操作系统、内存模型、Linux操作命令、计算机网络等）

- 熟悉Python编程（FastAPI、Langchain、Pytorch等）

- 熟悉关系数据库及SQL（mysql、Postgres、MaxCompute等）

- 熟悉向量数据库

- 熟悉大语言模型（transformer、embedding等）

加分项：

- 参与或维护过至少一个开源项目

- 设计、改造或微调深度学习模型

- 手动部署并测试一款或多款开源大语言模型

- 开发过基于 LangChain、AutoGPT 或其它Agent框架的应用

- 经营社交媒体，在知识、娱乐或消费类板块有一定量的粉丝
