岗位职责：
1、参与公司技术/产品/项目研发的核心骨干成员；
2、参与各类研发任务分析和拆解，能够指导组内人员完成攻坚、复杂任务；
3、负责研发过程文档编写；
4、与直属上级一起，持续进行业务沉淀、探索技术创新应用；
5、按照公司的考核激励制度，参与员工考核，并积极培养下级员工；
6、严格执行公司的研发体系管理办法、规范要求、标准流程；
7、积极完成直属上级交办的各项工作任务。
任职资格:：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子相关专业；
2、具备3年以上的技术/产品/项目研发经验，有团队管理经验；
3、具备优秀的后端设计能力，熟悉云原生架构、精通常用设计方法/模式/工具，独立或主导设计过5个以上产品/项目；
4、精通Java编程语言，同时掌握一种或多种常用编程语言的从业者优先考虑，例如：C/C++/Objective-C/Go/Python/JS等；
5、精通Java后端技术栈，同时掌握相关设计原理并具备良好的排障能力后端技术栈包括但不限于Spring Boot/Spring Cloud等分布式微服务框架、Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ/MyBatis/Nacos等常用中间件、MySQL，No-SQL数据库；
6、掌握一种或多种常见网络协议，如TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS等；
7、掌握虚拟化技术、容器化技术，同时掌握相关设计原理并具备良好的排障能力、优化能力的从业者优先考虑；
8、精通调试/单元测试/集成测试方法，对功能性/非功能性测试有深入理解；
9、熟悉敏捷开发模式，具有敏捷产品/项目研发经验的从业者优先考虑；
10、熟悉通用组件设计，具有基础框架和组件研发经验的从业者优先考虑；
