岗位职责：
1、负责Windows/linux系统下基于Java的高端装备健康管理软件系统产品开发、集成测试及维护；
2、依照CMMI/GJB5000体系要求开展软件产品工程化研制，负责需求分解、方案设计、功能模块分解及可行性评估；
3、指导或参与软件部署、开发、联调、测试及版本管理工作；
4、指导或参与软件产品相关的需求、设计等设计文档编写；
5、配合软件测试团队开展系统测试，负责处理测试过程中的软件缺陷。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息、应用数学等相关专业，两年以上工作经验；
2、优秀本科或研究生可适当放宽要求（有全国计算机二级c语言证书优先）;
3、熟练掌握JAVA、JavaScript等编程语言，具有良好的编程习惯，熟悉springboot、mybatis、Vue.js者优先；
4、熟练或熟悉操作系统原理、数据结构，具备软件工程、数据库理论，面向对象程序设计及计算机网络相关知识，熟悉B/S架构；
5、具有良好的沟通能力、执行力、工作认真细致、责任心强、具有良好的学习能力和技术创新能力，具有良好的文档编写能力；
6、具备较强的自学能力和独立解决问题的能力，要求思路清晰，逻辑性好；
7、不接受频繁跳槽者，愿意在公司所在地发展；
8、航空院校或航空相关专业优先考虑（北航、南航、沈航、昌航等）。
