1、参与开发基于大模型的应用系统；

3、负责数据训练、数据合成、数据评测相关的工作；
4、为产品化项目提供高质量的后端工程支持，确保系统的稳定性和可扩展性。
职位要求
1、具备LLM应用、RAG或Agent相关一项及以上技术；
2、编程能力强，熟练掌握Python等编程语言；对于AI相关的Python库比较了解，比如Pandas等；
3、了解传统机器学习的概念，熟悉机器学习各种任务的定义、目标、解决的问题及衡量指标；
4、了解深度学习框架，如TensorFlow、PyTorch等；可以利用这些框架快速搭建和训练模型，解决实际问题，比如利用PyTorch搭建一个自然语言处理中的文本分类模型；
5、具备一定创新能力，对于不断探索新的AI技术和应用场景有强烈意愿和主观能动性。
