岗位职责：
1、仿真建模与分析：负责产品（汽车空调零部件）的有限元建模，完成几何清理、网格划分、材料属性定义、边界条件及载荷工况设置；
2、结构仿真计算：开展静力学，动力学（模态/振动），疲劳，热应力，爆破的仿真分析，确保产品设计满足力学性能要求；
3、结果评估：分析仿真结果，识别结构应力集中与强度风险，提出轻量化或结构改进方案，推动仿真驱动设计；
4、报告编制：提供FEA分析报告，整理仿真数据，参与制定内部仿真标准流程；
5、跨部门协作：与CAD设计团队、工艺、测试等部门协同，配合产品工程师将仿真结果与实测数据进行对比校准；
6、模型库建设：建立和完善产品FEA分析流程及评审标准，维护仿真模型库与分析数据库；
7、技术支持：参与产品设计评审，为设计团队提供仿真技术咨询与决策支持。
任职资格：
1、专业知识，扎实的理论力学、材料力学及有限元方法（FEM）理论基础；
2、熟悉常见金属与塑料材料的力学特性及失效模式；
理解线性/非线性静力学、动力学、疲劳理论等核心分析理论；
3、软件技能，前处理软件：熟练使用HyperMesh或SpaceClaim等进行几何清理与网格划分；
4、求解器：熟悉Abaqus、ANSYS中至少一种；
5、CAD软件：熟悉SolidWorks、CATIA、UG(NX)、等至少一种三维建模软件。
综合能力：
1、能独立完成有限元建模、求解计算、后处理及报告撰写的全流程工作；
2、良好的逻辑分析能力与跨部门沟通表达能力，能够将复杂的力学数据转化为设计语言；
3、工作认真负责，具有较强的团队合作精神与抗压能力；
4、具备编程能力（如Python、MATLAB、C++），可用于数据处理、自动化前处理或二次开发；
5、有复合材料、橡胶等非线性材料仿真经验。
