岗位职责：
1.对公司EHS整体管理提出规划和建议，协助管理层完成合规运营工作；
2.在现有基础上，不断更新和健全公司EHS相关规程，对各部门相关人员进行培训，确保EHS体系有效运行；
3.负责合规性（包括三同时）项目全流程跟进；
4.负责指导和监督在所有在厂区开展的安全施工，确保及时发现问题并提出改进措施；
5.负责厂区及生产车间各工序风险源、环境因素及职业危害因素的识别，主导制定合理的措施来消除、降低或防范相应的风险；
6.定期组织厂区的环境、安全和职业健康检查，对发现的隐患落实责任人，追踪并消除隐患，并对相关的责任部门进行考核，主导EHS相关的事故调查、原因分析和纠正预防措施落实；
7.负责与安全（包括消防）、环保等相关的政府主管部门的沟通，落实环境、职业健康和安全审核和检查中发现项的改进工作，完成及提交各类检查报告；
8.负责公司安全、消防、职卫以及相关日常台账的建立和更新；
9.配合公司预算制定、把控和落地执行；
10.领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，安全、环境工程等相关专业；
2.5年以上EHS或生产安全管理经验，具有EHS相关证书优先；
3.熟悉国家安全、消防、环境和职业健康等方面的法律法规；
4.熟悉现场实际管理且经验丰富者优先；
5.具有责任心，具备较强的组织能力、沟通能力、协调能力和谈判能力，抗压性强
