岗位职责：
1. 在日志、监控、告警等运维领域构建核心系统，打造业界领先的技术架构；
2. 依托腾讯蓝鲸底座，负责从 0 到 1 产品的后台技术选择和架构设计；

任职要求：
1. 本科，理工科专业均可，计算机、软件、网络、通信、自动化等相关专业优先；
2. 3年以上开发工作经验，有架构设计经验优先，有开发管理/技术管理相关工作经验优先；
3. 熟悉 java、python、go编程语言，熟悉django、celery、gin 等常见的 web和任务调度框架；
4. 熟悉 skywalking、OT 等 APM 探针框架优先；
5. 熟悉 kafka、es、redis、rabbimtq、MySQL 等常见的基础开源组件；
6. 熟悉微服务架构和云原生的开发部署方式；
7. 熟悉 OpenTelemetry 等开源协议和观测组件；
8. 有大数据采集、处理、检索等领域研发经验者优先；
9. 有大型运维产品的研发经验者优先；
10. 具备较强的定位问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力，沟通协调能力；
11. 对技术和代码有着较高的自我要求，可引导团队的技术方向。
