岗位职责
1、负责维护蓝鲸平台和嘉为产品功能，负责客户日常使用问题支持；
2、参与产品配置实施，蓝鲸平台或CMDB、ITSM、监控告警等AIops产品，向客户提供产品技术培训和答疑；
3、负责平台底层组件、开源组件维护、系统集成API接口对接问题支持等；
4、负责相应客户反馈产品问题、缺陷、需求，记录问题清单，并拉通二线人员沟通整理解决方案；
5、撰写产品技术文档或功能使用文档，进行产品版本更新、安全漏洞修复等事宜；

任职要求
1、具有本科，工作年限2年以上，有一体化平台经验或是金融行业经验优先;
2、熟练掌握 Shell、Python开发语言;
3、熟练掌握 Docker、Kubernetes 容器云知识;
4、熟练掌握 Nginx、Redis、ZooKeeper、ActiveMQ、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、Kafka、ClickHouse、Consul、Nacos、Logstash、Flink、Hadoop 等主流开源组件使用操作;
5、有较强的责任心和主动性;
6、有较强独立分析、解决问题的能力。
