工作职责:
1、自动化运维工具开发

2、CI/CD流程建设
（1）维护和优化Jenkins/GitLab CI等持续集成流水线，支持容器化（Docker/K8s）部署。
（2）实现开发、测试、生产环境的一键发布与回滚。
3、监控与告警系统
（1）搭建和维护Prometheus/Grafana、Zabbix等监控体系，定制指标采集与可视化看板。
（2）开发智能告警收敛逻辑，减少误报与告警疲劳。
4、故障响应与优化
（1）参与7x24小时应急响应，快速定位并解决生产环境问题。
（2）分析系统瓶颈，提出性能优化方案（如数据库慢查询调优）。
5、文档与协作
（1）编写技术文档（API手册、运维SOP），推动团队工具标准化。
（2）与开发、测试团队协作，提升交付质量。
任职资格:
一、硬性技能
1、编程能力
（1）3年以上Python开发经验，熟悉Flask/Django框架，熟练使用协程/异步编程。
（2）掌握Shell脚本，熟悉Linux系统管理（CentOS/Ubuntu）。
2、运维工具链
（1）熟悉Ansible/SaltStack、Jenkins/GitLab CI等自动化运维工具。
（2）了解Docker/Kubernetes容器化技术，有云原生项目经验者优先。
3、数据库与中间件
（1）熟练使用MySQL/PostgreSQL，了解Redis/MongoDB等NoSQL数据库。
（2）熟悉消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）和ELK日志分析栈。
4、网络与安全
（1）理解TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS协议，具备基础网络安全防护意识。
（2）熟悉Nginx/HAProxy配置与调优。
5、监控与可观测性
熟悉Prometheus、Zabbix等监控工具，了解OpenTelemetry者加分。
