3、熟悉前后端分离开发模式，能独立承接产品模块的需求开发
4、掌握 MySQL 数据库设计与优化、Redis 缓存使用
5、熟练使用 PyCharm、Gitlab、Navicat、VSCode 等开发工具，具备规范的代码编写习惯
6、具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，能快速融入团队，高效接手并推进工作
7、有云管理平台、云计算相关开发经验，有腾讯蓝鲸 Paas 平台 SaaS 开发经验者优先
8、责任心强，善于沟通，工作踏实，具备团队合作精神
