What you will do?

Organize implement the optimization improvement of the workshop robot system, reduce operating costs improve the stability reliability of the system.
Study the balance between man robot in the workshop, improve the utilization rate of the robot, reduce the cost workload of the workshop man, improve the man-machine problem.
Provide technical support fthe robot equipment in the workshop, responsible fthe development of robot equipment maintenance plan the formulation maintenance of spare parts list.
Responsible fthe optimization improvement of the workshop robot function package (welding, gluing, SPR, laser welding) improving the quality of the workshop together with ME.
Responsible fthe R&M in the workshop, together with the product design development department, participate in the robot selection, design, installation commissioning of new models.
Responsible fthe planning implementation of the digitalization of workshop robots to improve the management efficiency of the workshop.
Lead the automation improvement of the workshop, design the solution together with the production supplier implement it at the optimal cost.
Train maintenance engineers technicians to improve the overall skills of maintenance personnel.
