中电建湖北广水新能源电力开发有限公司投资建设的中电建广水十里100MW风光一体化发电站位于湖北省广水市应山、十里街道办一带的荒山缓坡和山嵴山顶，距离广水市城区约8km，距随州市中心直线距离约52km，麻竹高速、应广大道、十马公路贯穿全境，交通较为便利。本电厂规划建设容量100MW，采用风光一体化模式，拟在项目场区内山腰缓坡上安装总容量50MWp的太阳能电池组件，在场区内山嵴山顶上布置50MW低风速山地风力发电场。风力发电与光伏发电产生的电能共用一座110kV升压站及一回110kV送出线路并入电网。充分利用风、光两种清洁能源在时间与空间上的互补性，以更为崭新、合理的能源结构，向电网提供更加稳定的电能。
