主要职责：
1、依据国家安全法律、法规及技术标准，协助完善公司EHS管理制度、操作规程，并对执行落实情况予以监督检查；
2、协助主要负责人制定并实施本单位安全生产教育和培训计划，负责新员工公司级培训、根据年度计划对员工提供安全再培训，监督部门、班组安全培训考核完成情况；
3、根据国家、省、市文件精神组织开展各项安全活动；
4、对生产过程中的人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态进行检查、纠正；
5、协助主要负责人组织制定本单位安全生产规章制度和操作规程；
6、协助主要负责人保证本单位安全生产投入的有效实施；
7、每季度至少组织一次安全生产全面检查，研究分析安全生产存在问题；
8、协助主要负责人组织制定并实施本单位的生产安全事故应急救援预案；

任职条件：
经验要求（具备__10__年以上___大型石化或化工___（行业）___生产/安全___相关专业经验优先）:
1、了解国家安全生产有关法律法规、标准规范；
2、了解危险化学品企业安全生产标准化建设和运行；
3、了解危险化学品（企业）和“两重点一重大”的安全管理知识；
4、了解安全设施器材的基本使用方法和维护保养措施；
5、具备危险源辨识、评估和风险隐患排查的能力；
