岗位职责：
1.为支付平台和用户平台建设稳定高可用的系统架构，能从0到1设计并搭建统一用户系统和完备的支付生态，能支撑业务快速变化，业务量高速增长；
2.能够深刻理解现有的业务和系统，技术难题攻关，高效推进项目。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2.扎实的编程基础，良好的代码风格，精通常用的软件工程方法，设计模式，全面的计算机基础知识结构（数据结构与算法，操作系统，网络，安全，数据库等）；
3.具备良好的系统设计能力,熟悉掌握分布式系统开发技能（包括: mysql, redis, mq, rpc 等）,了解其底层原理及应用场景；
4.主导或参与过大型分布式互联网系统架构设计，熟悉高并发、高可用、可扩展、一致性的技术方案。具备代码调优,系统重构的经验；
5.具备良好的沟通学习、团队协作、问题分析和解决能力,有强烈的责任心,能够承担一定的业务压力
