岗位职责：
1. 负责内部 SDK 的维护与升级，主导框架开发工作，保障其稳定运行
2. 运用 Python、Flask、FastAPI、OpenAPI 等后端框架协议规范，开展内部产品迭代及功能开发
3. 进行服务资源评估、模块升级、性能提升及重构，持续优化产品服务
4. 基于 Linux 操作环境，完成基础运维工作，保障系统稳定运行
5. 利用 Python、Pytest 等工具，执行自动化测试、SDK 及 UI 测试，推动内部自动化测试工作，确保产品稳定性
6. 遵循良好的代码规范编写代码，完成项目相关文档撰写，做好技术沉淀
任职要求：
1. 熟练掌握 Python 及 Flask、FastAPI 等后端框架，熟悉 OpenAPI 规范。
2. 熟悉 Linux 操作环境，具备基础运维能力，熟悉 Docker 容器化部署技术。
3. 了解 Pytest 等测试工具，有自动化测试、SDK 及 UI 测试经验者优先。
4. 熟悉数据库设计与优化，掌握 MySQL、MongoDB、Redis 等常见数据库技术。
5. 具备良好的代码规范与文档书写习惯。
6. 学历大专及以上学历，计算机、软件、电子信息等相关专业。
7. 具有 3-5 年相关工作经验，特别优秀者可适当放宽年限要求。
8. 加分项：了解大模型基础概念，熟悉开源模型部署、知识库（如 RAG）等 AI 相关知识；了解前端框架（如Vue ），能完成一些简单前端开发工作并独立实现前后端联调者尤佳。
