2、深入理解OO、AOP思想，具有较强的分析设计能力，熟悉常用设计模式。
3、熟练使用Struts2、Hibernate、Spring、Spring boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、SpringMVC、dubbo等框架的应用。
4、熟练使用JSP、Servlet、JDBC等的企业级应用开发
5、熟练使用redis缓存数据库, rabbitMQ消息队列, lunece，solr搜索插件
6、熟悉jvm，并且能分析和处理生产环境OOM问题
7、熟悉nginx的使用和常用配置
8、掌握MVC模式及常用的其它Java EE设计模式
9、熟悉Mysql，具有较好的数据库设计经验和SQL优化能力。
10、了解Redis，ElasticSearch，MongoDB等相关知识。
11、熟悉主流Java应用服务器：Tomcat
12、计算机相关专业毕业，20/21届优先。
