作为连接芯片研发与客户量产的关键枢纽，您将负责：
1. 团队建设与管理
• 组建并带领现场应用工程师团队，制定团队考核标准与能力提升计划。
• 建立高效的 FAE 工作流程，协调内部 AE（应用工程师）、研发与销售资源，确保客户项目从选型、设计到量产的全链路技术支持。
2. 核心技术与疑难杂症攻关
• 电机电控专项支持：直接参与重点大客户的原理图/PCB 评审，主导解决电机算法在实际硬件上的复杂应用问题。
• 系统级优化：指导团队分析 MCU 外设在电机驱动中的效能瓶颈，协助客户优化产品 EMC/EMI 性能及系统稳定性。
3. 市场洞察与产品定义反馈
• 收集一线市场中电机驱动方案的需求，反向推动研发部门定义下一代 MCU 的规格参数与库函数优化。
• 维护关键客户的生态关系，输出行业标杆应用案例与技术白皮书。
【任职要求】
我们寻找的是一位技术与管理并重的人物。
必要条件：
1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动化、电机控制、电子信息等相关专业；8年以上嵌入式 MCU/DSP 相关工作经验，其中 3年以上团队管理或项目主导经验。
2. 丰富电机技术：精通无刷直流电机（BLDC）和永磁同步电机（PMSM）的控制理论（FOC、SVPWM）。具备扎实的硬件调试功底，熟练使用示波器、电流探头、功率分析仪排查电机异常震动、过流失控等问题。
3. MCU 原厂思维：深刻理解 MCU 底层寄存器配置、启动代码逻辑及电机库函数的调用原理。有 ARM Cortex-M 系列或 RISC-V 实际项目量产经验。
4. 沟通与承压：出色的逻辑表达能力，能向客户清晰解释复杂的技术细节，也能向研发简洁反馈市场刚需。能适应中高频度的出差与现场突发问题处理。
