4. 完成界面切图、标注及相关资源输出，配合开发人员实现界面交互与动效效果。
5. 参与设计规范的制定与维护，推动UI设计流程的标准化，提升团队整体设计效率。
6. 关注游戏行业及设计趋势，结合产品特性持续优化UI体验，并提出创新性建议。
【任职要求】
必备条件：
1. 本科及以上学历，设计或相关专业背景，3年以上游戏UI设计经验，有完整上线项目经验者优先。
2. 热爱游戏，熟悉不同类型游戏的UI设计特点，对游戏交互与用户体验有较深理解。
3. 具备扎实的美术功底与良好的审美能力，能准确把握色彩、构成、风格与整体视觉氛围。
4. 具备较强的业务理解与沟通协作能力，能够快速理解需求，注重工作效率，并与策划、程序等多角色高效配合。
5. 性格开朗，积极主动，具备良好的团队协作精神、责任心与抗压能力，能快速融入团队。
优先条件：
1. 具备一定的原画绘制能力或手绘功底，能够参与游戏角色、场景等美术资源的设计与调整。
2. 熟悉AI绘画工具（如Midjourney、Stable Diffusion等）或具备AI辅助设计经验，能提升美术产出效率。
3. 了解Unity引擎基础操作，对UI动效与交互实现有一定了解。
