3、熟练掌握MongoDB、MySql等数据库技术，了解数据库设计和优化。
4、熟练掌握Linux常用系统命令，熟练掌握应用服务器软件部署及配置，以及Nginx代理服务器的使用。
5、熟悉分布式消息中间件，比如Kafka、RabbitMQ等使用场景进行合理使用。
6、对轨道交通行业感兴趣，能根据现有业务提供问题解决方案，具备一定的文档编写能力，能够输出成熟的技术文档。
7、具备团队精神，善于学习，良好的沟通表达技巧和能力，富有责任感。
