【岗位职责】
1、负责教育智能化管理系统后端架构设计，构建高可用、可扩展的微服务体系。
2、开发教学管理核心模块（如学分计算引擎、智能排课算法接口）。
3、实现多机构用户的数据隔离与权限管理体系，支持分布式系统跨校区部署。
4、设计高性能数据接口，支撑前端百万级并发请求（如选课系统峰值场景）。
5、集成AI能力（如NLP问答引擎、知识图谱服务）到业务系统。
6、主导技术攻坚，解决数据库分库分表、分布式事务等复杂问题。
7、编写技术方案文档，协助制定系统安全规范与灾备策略。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java/Python开发经验。
2、精通Spring Cloud微服务架构，熟悉DDD领域驱动设计模式。相关技术栈：SpringBoot、JPA/hibernate、JDBC、MySQL、Redis、RabbitMQ。
3、掌握大数据处理技术栈（Hadoop/Spark/Flink），有教育数据中台建设经验优先。
4、熟悉AI工程化落地，具备TensorFlow Serving/MLflow等框架使用经验。
5、精通MySQL集群优化，熟悉TiDB等分布式数据库应用场景。
6、了解教育行业特殊需求（如GPA计算规则、培养方案配置逻辑）。
7、具备系统安全防护经验，熟悉等保2.0要求及实现方案。
8、持有PMP/系统架构设计师认证者优先。
9、项目经历：有B端业务管理系统相关经验，有高并发系统开发经验。
