一、核心职责
1、基于 uni-app（前端）+nodeJS（后端）+uView UI，负责现有短剧小程序的日常维护（如 bug 修复、播放性能优化）与二次开发（如功能迭代、适配微信小程序规则）；
2、独立处理短剧小程序的维护模块与二次开发需求，完成设计、编码、自测，保障小程序功能稳定与代码质量；
3、保障短剧小程序安全稳定、可扩展，优化用户播放体验（如加载速度、画面流畅度）。
二、任职要求
1、本科及以上，2 年以上前端（uni-app 为主）+ 后端（nodeJS 相关）开发经验，有全栈思维，有短剧小程序维护 / 二次开发经验优先；
2、熟练掌握 uni-app、nodeJS，会用 VK Admin 后台框架，了解微信小程序生态；
3、熟悉云开发（了解 uniCloud），懂 CDN、缓存等优化方案（适配短剧小程序播放场景优先）；
4、沟通协作好，能快速响应短剧小程序维护需求，责任感强。
三、项目经验要求
1、有短剧小程序维护或二次开发经验，或独立做过 uni-app+nodeJS 技术栈的小程序项目；2、有小程序上线后维护、迭代优化（非从零开发）的相关经验。
四、加分项
1、有成熟短剧小程序维护 / 二次开发实战经验；
2、熟悉微信小程序审核规则，能规避短剧小程序上线风险；
3、了解短剧小程序的视频播放优化、支付集成等技术。
