岗位职责：
1、测试设备调试与维护：熟练调试与维护ATE测试机、电子负载、示波器、功率计、耐压测试仪、LCR表、温升测试仪、电源综合测试仪等，确保测试系统稳定可靠。
2、测试文档与体系搭建：编写测试报告、检验规范（SIP）、PFMEA、控制计划等文件，推动测试标准化与可追溯性。
3、产线异常快速响应：高效分析并处理产线电性能不良、功能失效、保护异常、纹波噪声超差、温升异常等问题，主导根因分析与闭环改善。
4、信息化系统应用：具备ERP/MES系统操作经验者优先，能利用系统进行测试数据追溯与良率监控。
任职要求：
1、年龄与性别：26-40岁，男女不限。
2、学历：大专及以上，电子信息工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业，本科优先。
3、5-10年充电器TE测试经验，独立主导过新品测试方案设计与量产测试优化；有PD/GaN快充测试经验者优先。优先消费电子、电源制造、3C配件、新能源充电设备、车载电子等。
4、精通电源测试技术与行业标准（如安规、EMC、能效等），能统筹新品测试全流程，主导测试技术优化与自动化升级；
5、精通充电器全维度测试（输入/输出特性、保护功能、纹波噪声、动态响应、温升等），能独立设计测试方案、编制测试用例；
6、熟练调试与操作ATE、示波器、电子负载等各类测试设备，并能设计、优化测试工装治具；
7、具备测试异常深度分析能力，能运用质量工具（8D、鱼骨图、5W2H等）完成问题闭环；
8、熟悉安规标准（UL/CE/GB）及主流快充协议（PD/QC等）；
9、能独立应对复杂测试异常及客户验厂相关的测试审核工作；
10、具备独立工作能力，问题解决能力强，跨部门沟通高效，抗压性好，有良好的学习能力和责任心。
