岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业。
2、熟悉Java和前端技术，掌握至少一套前后端主流框架（如Spring Boot、Vue、React等），了解服务化、缓存、消息队列等相关技术。
3、熟练使用SQL，具备根据业务逻辑设计数据表及编写复杂查询的能力。
4、对AI技术及其实际应用有浓厚兴趣，了解常见AI能力（如对话、识别、生成等）及其应用场景，具备将技术与业务需求结合的设计思维。
5、具备创新思维，逻辑清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和学习主动性，乐于在项目实践中快速成长。
