岗位职责：
1、根据需求人员编写的需求文档，进行程序的设计和开发工作.
2、根据架构设计或概要设计进行详细设计。
3、根据开发规范与流程独立完成编码、单元测试及相关文档。
4、配合测试部门进行BUG修复并保障软件质量。
任职资格：
1.熟练掌握 Java 编程语言，熟悉 JVM 原理、多线程、集合框架等基础知识，具备良好的代码编写习惯和代码规范意识。
2.精通 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud Alibaba 技术栈，能熟练使用其进行分布式系统开发，熟悉服务注册与发现、熔断降级、负载均衡等核心组件的原理与应用。
3.熟悉 MyBatis 、Jpa等持久层框架，能够熟练编写 SQL 语句。
4.熟练使用acle、MySQL数据库，了解其存储过程、函数等高级特性，熟悉acle 分区表、索引优化等高级特性，熟悉 SQL 执行计划分析，能够通过执行计划优化复杂 SQL 查询，提升数据库查询性能；
5.熟悉常用消息队列 RabbitMQ、RocketMQ，能够合理应用其实现异步处理、削峰填谷等业务场景；熟练使用 Redis 中间件，掌握缓存设计与使用技巧。
6.了解常用的设计模式，具备良好的系统架构设计能力，能够根据业务需求设计合理的技术方案。
7.熟悉数据安全相关技术，如数据加密、访问控制、脱敏处理等，能够确保医疗数据在系统中的安全性和合规性。
8.熟悉常用的加解密算法（如 SM系列、RSA、SHA-256 等），能够在系统中合理应用加密技术保护敏感数据。
