岗位职责：
1、负责QC团队人员的管理，带领团队完成日常QC检验任务和中试放行检测，数据分析及汇总，并审核批准各项目检验结果及报告；
2、负责实验室内部合规性日常监督检查，包括检验过程、相关记录、设备、人员、试剂、环境等，发现问题及时纠正和提出预防措施；
3、配合公司产品研发的注册申报，完成CMC文件中QC相关部分的工作；
4、与QA配合负责实验室各类验证或确认方案的起草并报告，同时配合完成GMP验证工作所需的实验支持；
5、负责组织制定和修订实验室管理文件、质量标准、检验方法、各项检验操作规程等；
6、负责QC人员职责的制定，技能培训及考核，定期组织QC小组会议；
7、熟悉GMP管理体系；
8、完成领导指派的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、本科学历以上（985/211更佳，优先录用），药物分析及相关专业，3年以上工作经验；
2、为人勤勉，有上进心，学习能力强，有团队意识；
3、药用辅料行业有相关经验优先考虑；
4、有志于长期与公司长期共同发展。
