岗位职责：
1.战略采购与执行：负责工程建设类项目、CDMO 行业核心生产设备、工艺设备、实验室设备、耗材及关键服务的采购；深刻理解 GMP/GLP 规范对设备采购的特殊要求。制定并执行品类采购策略，持续优化采购成本、交付周期和质量。主导复杂项目的商务谈判，有效管控采购风险。
2.ERP 系统管理：熟练并精通使用公司 ERP 系统（如金蝶, 用友等）的采购模块进行日常操作。负责采购需求到采购订单的生成、审批、发布及跟踪管理。利用 ERP 系统进行采购数据分析、库存监控、供应商绩效评估及采购报告生成。
3.供应商管理：开发、评估、审核和管理工程建设承包商、设备制造商（尤其 CDMO 专用设备供应商）、服务提供商等。建立和维护战略性的供应商关系，定期进行供应商绩效评估（质量、成本、交付、服务、可持续发展等）。
4.团队领导与管理：领导和管理一个小型采购团队,分配工作任务，提供指导、培训和绩效反馈，促进团队成员的专业成长。
5.合规与风险管理：确保所有采购活动严格遵守公司采购政策、流程以及相关法律法规。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，物流管理、制药工程或相关专业优先。
2.5 年以上采购工作经验，其中至少 2 年专注于工程建设（EPC）项目采购,至少 2 年专注于生物制药、制药或 CDMO 行业的设备、关键耗材或服务采购经验，熟悉行业特性和法规要求。
3.有2人以上团队规模的管理经验。
4.精通至少一种主流 ERP 系统的采购模块操作，能够高效处理采购全流程事务。
熟悉工程建设采购（土建、机电、装修等）和 CDMO 行业关键设备的市场和技术特点。
