岗位职责：
1、根据公司总体战略发展需要，负责寻找国内外生物医药企业、研究机构等的合作机会，license out，通过合作为公司带来优质的商务资源；
2、协调内部各部门资源，能够从前研、临床、注册、专利、生产、市场等多个维度对标的进行评估，制定完整的商务合作计划，建立商业合作关系、洽谈、促进项目合作达成；
3、主导/支持公司内部项目的对外授权，负责对外项目的合作伙伴寻找和筹选，及收集合作模式和投资信息，负责后续谈判工作，项目签约事宜和后期管理。负责拜访现有和潜在客户和合作伙伴，了解客户的需求，建立和维护客户档案；
4、参加行业内健康医疗合作峰会/合作投资大会/Bio/创新药论坛等会议，与合作方建立并保持正常稳定的关系，保证业务良好开展。
任职资格：
1、硕士及以上学历，医学、药学、生物等相关专业，具有优秀的英语沟通能力，有海外经历者优先；
2、了解和熟悉国内外医药市场及商业营销业务运作流程，5年及以上BD经验，有license out 落地交易经验；
3、对代谢或者肿瘤领域熟悉度高，小分子交易经验优先；
4、具有敏锐的商业和市场意识，良好的信息查询分析能力，较强的市场开发能力，熟悉行业和市场的发展前景；
5、拥有良好的商务技巧，能够与人建立良好的人际关系；
6、能够承受较大的工作压力，能适应出差，勇于接受挑战性工作，有极强的自我驱动力。
