岗位职责：
1、协助质量管理体系的建立、维护和持续改进及审核公司各类质量文件和资料（包括申报资料、年报等）；
2、负责质量事件（偏差、OOS、OOT、CAPA、变更、自检、投诉、召回等）的处理，跟踪处理情况、维护台账及整理归档处理记录，定期总结复盘；
3、官方检查：包含检查前自检、配合完成检查、检查后缺陷整改；
4、负责审核产品稳定性考察报告，并开展实验室现场监控管理工作；
5、负责制定产品质量回顾分析计划，参与制定分析报告，整理归档资料，组织整理客户索要的质量函件资料。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，药学、化药工程、质量管理工程等专业毕业，3年及以上质量事件管理经验；
2、熟练运用GMP对偏差、OOS（超标结果）、投诉等事件的基本管理知识，熟悉事件分级标准；
3、熟练运用根因分析工具（5Why、鱼骨图），能判断偏差影响；熟练运用质量风险评估工具（FMEA、风险矩阵、鱼骨图），能识别风险影响程度；
4、掌握企业质量管理系统（QMS）的基础操作，清晰汇报事件进度，避免信息遗漏，掌握措施执行确认技能，识别事件潜在风险，提出可行解决方案，预判事件对GMP合规的影响；
5、能解读国际指南对事件管理的差异，运用风险矩阵评估事件对产品/患者的潜在影响；
6、较强的沟通、协调能力和自主学习能力。
