职责描述：
1、已签约项目联盟管理：
关系维护：作为公司对接窗口，维护与现有联盟伙伴（战略合作伙伴、渠道伙伴、联合运营方等）的高层及执行层关系，确保合作顺畅；
履约管理：跟踪合作协议执行进度，协调内部产研、法务、财务、运营等资源，推动合作条款按期落地，监测合作中的潜在风险，提前预警；
机制建设：建立并优化联盟管理的 SOP、评估体系与定期沟通机制。
2、新领域BD合作：
商务拓展：独立开展新领域目标客户的触达、初步对接，科学沟通，以及协助完成从接洽到签约的全流程 BD 工作；
项目管理：协调内部跨部门资源，推动新签约项目快速启动并进入联盟管理闭环；
市场追踪：持续跟踪行业动态，研究新领域、新赛道、新区域的商业机会，输出目标合作方画像；
资源接洽：参与国际及国内行业会议、论坛及行业活动，搜索公司在目标新领域的潜在合作渠道及合作伙伴。
任职要求：
学历背景：硕士及以上学历博士优先，生物制药、药理、转化医学相关的专业。
工作经验：3年 BD、战略、联盟等相关经验。
语言能力：英语可作为对外工作语言，能熟练进行英文商务谈判、邮件往来及方案演示，具备跨国/跨区域合作沟通能力；
