职责描述：
1.临床战略规划：制定公司整体临床开发策略，统筹全球多中心临床试验的设计与实施，确保项目符合监管要求及公司战略目标。
2.临床项目统筹：负责统筹管理并组织实施临床研究项目，进行全面的质量和进度的控制与管理，按时完成项目的启动、实施及结题工作。
3.医学监管与合规：主导临床试验方案（Protocol）的医学审核，确保符合ICH-GCP、FDA/NMPA等法规要求，处理临床试验中的医学相关问题。
4.团队管理：制定临床医学团队的整体发展规划，搭建高效协作的团队架构（如临床医学、临床运营、临床药理等子团队），明确岗位职责与考核机制。
5.跨部门协作：与研发、注册、市场部门联动，推动产品管线从临床前到商业化阶段的转化，提供医学支持与决策依据。
6.专家网络建设：建立并维护与KOL、临床研究机构及监管机构的关系，提升公司医学影响力。
7.风险管控：监测临床试验安全性数据，主导不良事件（SAE）的医学评估与报告，制定风险控制计划。
任职要求：
1. 医学博士（MD）或药学相关领域博士，临床医学、药理学专业优先。
2. 6年以上临床研发经验，主导过至少3个创新药（尤其是肿瘤、免疫等领域）的I-III期临床试验。
3. 精通FDA/NMPA/EMA法规框架，具备出色的医学写作与数据解读能力，英语流利。
4. 具备30人以上跨国/跨区域医学团队管理经验，曾成功搭建或重组临床部门者优先。
5. 卓越的领导力与跨文化沟通能力，能高效协调内外部资源。
