岗位职责：
1.熟知医药行业工艺生产特点，*好有研发生产经验；
2.根据公司EHS管理制度，定期组织公司综合、专项安全检查，督促相关部门隐患整改落实；
3.组织开展公司各级EHS培训及宣传教育、评估培训效果，完善培训档案记录；
4.熟悉掌握生物医药行业安全管理的法律法规和流程、规范，能运用职业健康安全和环境管理体系的知识进行日常工作；
5.公司内应急设施（消防器材、紧急冲淋装置、急救箱）的日保障常管理；
6.进行突发事故的预防及事故调查和处理；
7.对生产过程中的危险反应EHS风险评估工序进行监督管理；
8.对承包商、供应商实施EHS监督管理；
9.定期维护EHS应急预案并定期演练；
10.参与安全事件的调查、处理；
11.实施EHS奖惩考核，完善EHS绩效管理数据、档案；
12.完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.本科级以上学历，医药、化工、安全工程相关专业；
2.具有2年以上精细化工或医药行业安全管理相关工作经验；
3.有较强的沟通、组织能力，安全文件管理和编写能力，有安全同时验收经验和安全标准化独立运行经验。
