岗位职责：
1、全程检查生产过程，确保各岗位严格按照工艺规程、岗位SOP及GMP规范开展操作；核查各类生产原始记录的实时性、完整性、规范性，按时完成生产记录审核工作，保障生产流程合规可追溯；
2、全程监督中间产品生产质量，核对中间产品各项指标是否符合既定质量标准，及时发现、反馈中间产品质量异常问题；
3、严格遵照取样SOP，负责生产过程各类样品的取样、送检工作，规范填写取样、送检相关台账记录，保证取样流程标准、数据真实有效；
4、负责生产车间日常环境监测工作，常态化排查车间环境合规情况，配合验证部完成厂房定期环境确认、验证相关工作，保障生产环境符合GMP生产标准；
5、监督车间各类设备、物料、区域的状态标识管理、发放及使用情况，确保标识清晰、准确、规范，实现生产状态可视化、标准化管理；
6、严格核查所有生产用物料的检验合格证明，坚决杜绝不合格物料投入生产源头把控产品生产质量；
7、监督车间物料平衡核算工作，跟进生产过程中各类偏差问题的上报、处理及闭环工作；检查生产结束后车间清场、设备清洁、现场复原等收尾工作，确保清场合规到位；
8、严格监督检查进入生产区的人流、物流动线及车间卫生状况，全面落实GMP管理规定，杜绝违规进出、物料乱置、卫生不达标等问题；
9、完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，药学、制药工程、生物工程等相关专业优先；
2、具备药厂大输液生产、QA现场监管相关工作经验者优先录用；
3、性格外向开朗，沟通表达流畅，具备良好的现场协调、问题排查及沟通对接能力；
4、品行端正，无任何违纪、犯罪记录，职业素养良好，工作严谨负责，服从管理；
5、具备较强的责任心、原则性和执行力，对待质量管控工作严谨细致，坚守岗位准则；
6、能够适应车间生产排班，接受车间现场工作环境；无药品行业从业禁忌，身体健康，无色盲色弱，可适配岗位日常工作需求。
