岗位职责：
1、根据公司年度目标，制定部门工作计划，并负责组织实施，监督部门员工的工作进度和质量，确保仓储部各项业务顺利开展；
2、全面负责仓库日常工作，库区现场指导、检查和监督工作；
3、确保库房现场和数据的准确率，负责仓库分区规划，确保货物有序存储、合理使用；
4、根据公司业务发展，编制仓库规划预算，做好仓库的安全、清洁、和文明生产工作；
5、负责仓库人员培训、管理、人员替换、调动等人事管理工作；
6、协调部门与各职能部门之间的工作，解决部门间的纠纷；
7、完成公司安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理相关专业；
2、有原料药产品仓储管理经验者优先；
3、熟悉物料收发管理，熟悉物流存储管理、盘点和控制工作，熟悉药品退货管理、叉车运输管理，具有GMP审计迎审经验者优先；
4、熟悉仓库现代作业体系和管理制度（先进先出法），具备较强的组织、协调、沟通、管理能力；
5、能承受较强的工作压力；
