岗位职责：
1、根据GCP和相关法规以及公司的SOP启动、监查和结束临床试验；
2、负责选择临床试验机构，签订临床试验合同，搜集相关资料，并跟踪落实临床试验全过程；
3、负责研究单位的筛选，研究预算的制定，协助项目经理组织方案讨论会和总结会；
4、跟进临床试验进度；
5、协助研究者及时解决在受试者筛选、入组及随访工作中可能出现的问题；
6、定期归纳并提交监查报告；定期整理更新研究者文件夹；
7、与临床医生沟通并共同协商解决出现的问题，协调研究项目负责人、临床医生、辅助科室、临床基地、患者等各方关系；
8、确保研究数据及时、准确、完整地记录在病例报告表中。
任职要求：
1、临床医学、护理学或药学相关专业，统招本科及以上学历；
2、了解临床试验管理规范的知识，临床试验的流程及相关技术要求。
