岗位职责：
需求分析与方案设计：
1、深入客户现场，与客户生产、技术、设备管理人员沟通，精准理解其工艺流程、控制需求、痛点和预算。
基于需求，主导设计基于PLC（西门子、三菱、罗克韦尔等主流品牌）的自动化控制系统技术方案，包括系统架构图、硬件配置清单（PLC、HMI、网络、IO模块等）、软件功能描述。
编写详实、专业的技术方案书、投标文件技术部分及成本估算。
2、技术交流与演示：
向客户进行技术方案宣讲、答疑，展示公司技术实力和方案优势。
必要时，搭建演示环境，进行概念验证或关键功能演示，以赢得客户信任。
与销售团队紧密配合，为销售活动提供强有力的技术支撑，协助攻克技术难关。
3、竞品分析与产品规划：
跟踪分析市场主流自动化产品和技术趋势。
收集并反馈客户需求与市场信息，为产品选型与优化提供建议。
第二部分：现场调试与工程实施
1、程序开发与准备：
根据已确认的技术方案，完成PLC程序、HMI画面的初步开发与模拟测试。
准备详细的调试计划、测试用例及相关技术文档。
2、现场调试与交付：
负责项目现场的PLC系统安装指导、程序下载、参数设置及单机/联机调试。
解决调试过程中出现的所有软硬件技术问题，优化程序逻辑与参数，确保系统功能、性能及稳定性达到合同要求。
对客户技术人员进行操作与维护培训，编制交付文档，并协助完成项目*终验收。
任职要求：
工业控制领域工作5年以上，精通PLC编程，熟悉暖通系统优先
大学本科以上学历
接受频繁出差，具有较好的抗压能力
