岗位描述：
1、协同完成产品分析，需求分析，业务分析及系统架构设计，并负责核心模块的开发及系统维护;
2、负责撰写开发相关文档（如系统设计文档等），完成产品的开发，测试，部署，运维等一体化方案设计；
3、负责研究和开发网管需要的先进技术，有计划的开展相关的技术调研预研工作，评估技术结论及技术，性能，产品，成本等相关指标。
4、负责指导、培训初中级工程师，提高团队技术水平和工作能力;

任职要求：
1、通信或计算机相关专业本科及以上学历;
2、5年及以上服务端项目开发经验，有良好的计算机基础，熟悉网络环境及操作系统(x86/arm);
3、熟练掌握Java/Golang/NodeJS开发语言，掌握SpringBoot，Gin，vert等开发框架及生态，熟悉TCP/UCP，MQTT，Modbus，SIP，WebRTC，TR069等协议。
4、熟悉面向对象的程序设计，有良好的计算机和网络基础知识。
5、熟悉关系型数据库的设计及开发，熟练运用ORM设计原则，熟悉数据库存储过程及数据库查询优化。
6、具备系统设计及提案能力，具备设计高并发并及大数据处理的能力，熟悉数据结构及数据运算。
7、熟悉容器技术，熟练使用docker-compose或K8s/k3s进行业务编排及使用
8、具备一定的产品认知和项目经验，能够参与产品的研发和定位，跟踪产品或者项目的研发进度和研发质量，负责落实产品或者项目的验收和交付。
9、有通信行业、物联网行业从业经验优先，熟悉通信设备业务管理，设备管理等关键业务信息的有加分；
