2、精通现代人力资源管理理论，对人力资源各领域工作内容熟悉，具有企业战略规划及人力规划善于人力成本控制及风险管理；
3、具备现代人力资源管理理念和扎实的实操经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规；
4、具有良好的职业道德，为人正直，有责任心。精力充沛，有较好的人际交往能力，团队组织能力、执行力和沟通能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、具备较强的管理能力，出色的组织能力及分析判断能力，具备良好的人际交往与沟通能力，工作积极进取，富有团队协作精神。
