二、岗位职责：
负责公司核心业务系统的后端架构设计、开发与持续优化；
参与复杂业务的系统建模、领域拆分、技术选型；
负责核心模块代码编写，保障系统高可用、高性能、可拓展；
与产品经理、前端工程师密切协作，推动需求高质量交付；
参与系统重构、技术债治理、性能调优；
在团队内承担一定技术带头 / Code Review / 技术方案评审工作；
根据业务发展，逐步参与或主导中大型系统架构演进；
三、任职要求：
精通 Java 语言，熟悉 JVM 原理（内存模型、GC、性能调优）；
扎实的面向对象设计能力，有良好的代码规范和设计意识；
熟练使用 Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 等主流框架；
熟悉常见微服务架构设计（服务拆分、注册发现、配置中心等）；
熟练使用 MySQL，理解索引、事务、锁机制，具备 SQL 调优能力
熟悉 Redis 等缓存中间件，理解缓存一致性与常见使用场景；
了解或使用过消息队列（Kafka / RocketMQ / RabbitMQ 等）；
四、加分项：
熟悉 HTTP / RESTful API 设计规范；
有一定前端基础，能看懂并修改前端代码：
Vue / React / Ant Design / Element UI 任一即可；
能与前端协作进行接口设计，具备前后端协同意识。
