【工作内容】
- 负责公司核心业务系统的开发与维护，使用Java语言进行后端功能模块的设计与实现；
- 熟练应用数据库技术，包括但不限于MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，具备良好的SQL编写能力及数据库优化经验；
- 掌握缓存技术（如Redis、Memcached）和消息队列系统（如Kafka、RabbitMQ），能够根据业务需求设计并实现高效的缓存和异步通信方案；
- 参与系统架构设计，结合Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开源框架进行项目开发，确保代码的可维护性和扩展性；
- 负责代码书写规范的制定与执行，确保代码质量符合公司标准，并参与代码评审和技术文档的编写；
- 与产品、测试、运维团队紧密协作，推动项目高效交付，持续优化系统性能与稳定性。
【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具备2年及以上Java开发工作经验；
- 精通Java语言，熟悉面向对象编程思想，掌握数据库、缓存、消息队列、索引等核心技术；
- 熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开源框架，具备实际项目开发经验；
- 具备良好的代码书写习惯，能够编写高质量、可读性强的代码；
- 具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够独立完成模块开发与调试；
- 拥有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，适应快速变化的工作环境。
