岗位职责：
1. 为客户提供公司电机控制芯片的使用支持，产品应用涉及家电、工业、汽车、无人机等类别；
2. 为客户提供基于公司自研芯片的电机控制方案设计、评估和调试支持；
3. 协调内外部资源协助客户解决在硬件设计（如驱动电路、采样电路）、软件编程（如FOC算法）和系统集成中遇到的技术问题；
4. 编写和演示参考设计代码、技术方案文档、应用指南文档；
5. 为客户和代理商提供技术培训；
6. 协助客户进行产品选型，并支持客户完成样品测试和批量导入工作；
7. 理解客户产品对电机驱动方案的未来技术要求，反馈给应用和产品团队，为新产品定义和现有产品优化提供决策依据。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、电气工程、汽车电子等相关专业，0~5年相关工作经验；
2. 精通C/C++，具备无刷直流电机（BLDC）或永磁同步电机（PMSM）控制算法（如FOC）开发或调试经验；
3. 优秀的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力；
4. 能够适应一定频率的出差。
5. 加分项（优先考虑）：
1) 熟悉电机控制硬件设计，如逆变桥、栅极驱动、电流采样、电源管理等电路；
2) 有空调风机、压缩机、汽车车窗控制、水泵油泵控制、等应用直接开发调试经验；
3) 有使用PWM、ADC、SPI、I2C、CAN、LIN等外设的经验；
4) 有MATLAB/Simulink进行电机模型仿真经验。
