岗位职责】
1、根据设计文档或需求说明完成软件和模块代码编写、调试、测试以及发布上线，并输出各节点对应文档产物
2、组织、参与公共技术组件研发，负责产品研发、规划、设计并完成系统基础中间件的研发；
3、分析和发现系统的优缺点，负责推动产品性能和架构优化。
4、重点组件的设计、方案评审、组织或参与核心技术难点攻坚，参与技术选型和可行性评估；
5、编制项目计划、方案设计、框架应用文档，控制项目研发进度；

【任职条件】
1、计算机、通信或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备较强英文阅读能力；
2、精通Java编程语言，具有3年以上基于Linux、Unix系统的开发经验；
3、熟悉分布式系统开发，熟悉多线程编程和网络编程、熟悉主流研测流程和代码规范，熟练掌握git进行代码版本管控；
4、熟悉Redis、Zookeeper、Elasticsearch、RocketMQ、Kafka等主流中间件，有调优经验者优先；
5、具备需求分析和系统设计能力，以及较强的逻辑分析，能输出质量较高的文档；
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，较强的工作责任，能够在一定的压力下独立解决问题。
