岗位职责
1、负责公司大模型的全流程训练工作，包含预训练、有监督微调（SFT）、偏好对齐（RLHF/DPO）、模型蒸馏与量化优化等，保障模型效果、推理效率与稳定性；
2、主导大模型训练数据集的规划、构建、清洗、标注与迭代，结合 B2B 电商业务场景优化数据质量与数据集结构；
3、深度对接 B2B 电商核心业务场景（如采销环节提效等），参与业务流程提效类 AI 工具的方案设计与模型落地；
4、协同产品、工程团队，推进大模型在企业级 AI 工具中的实际落地与效果迭代，解决落地过程中的模型性能、适配性问题；
5、跟踪业界大模型训练技术前沿，优化训练策略与训练框架，提升模型训练效率、降低训练成本；
6、沉淀大模型训练、微调及业务落地的标准化方案，形成团队技术资产与流程规范。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业；
2、3~5 年大模型训练、微调相关实战工作经验，具备完整的大模型项目从训练到落地的实操经历；
3、熟练掌握主流大模型架构（LLaMA、Qwen、ChatGLM、Baichuan 等），精通 LoRA、全参数微调、P-Tuning 等微调技术，熟悉 PyTorch、Transformers、DeepSpeed 等训练框架与工具；
4、具备扎实的数据集处理、模型评估优化能力，能够独立完成模型效果评测与问题定位；
5、具备业务流程提效类 AI 工具项目成功落地经验者优先；
6、具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力、问题拆解与解决能力，责任心强，能适配产研团队迭代节奏。

1、有开源大模型训练 / 优化项目经验，或在技术社区分享过大模型相关实践成果；
2、熟悉分布式训练、模型量化压缩、推理加速等技术；
3、具备企业级 AI 产品、智能助手、流程自动化工具等相关项目落地经验。
