3. 熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索、数据分析等工作机制；

4. 有一定架构能力，系统owner，中小型项目架构能力；

5. 具有出色的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题；

6. 有业务敏感性，理解业务流程和价值，产品视角；

7. 喜欢读书，喜欢研究*新的技术，喜欢琢磨事物的本质及其原理；
