项目推进与管理：制定合作计划，跟进达人内容创作与发布，监控项目进度，确保按时交付，达成营销目标。
数据监测与评估：实时监测合作项目数据，定期输出分析报告，优化合作策略，提升投资回报率。
达人关系维护：维护达人合作生态，拓展达人资源，提升达人合作满意度与忠诚度。
任职要求
经验背景：1年以上抖音女装达人合作经验，熟悉平台生态与行业趋势，熟悉直播带货逻辑（流量数据转化）。
商务能力：具备商务谈判与沟通能力，熟悉合同审核与风险把控
时尚敏感度：有单品思维和品宣概念，了解当下的市场趋势和品牌开发的侧重点，时尚感知能力强
项目管理能力：善于制定执行计划，整合资源，通过数据驱动合作优化，执行力强、有资源整合能力。
人际沟通能力：性格开朗，善于与达人建立信任，沟通清晰准确。
【工作时间】
上午9:00-12.00，午休1.5小时，下午13:30-18:15
