岗位职责：
1）参与产品需求分析和系统分析, 制订技术解决方案；
2）参与后台系统架构、性能、安全、扩展等优化的设计和实现；
3）负责产品前后台，接口的开发和维护
4）根据功能需求和设计方案进行开发，完成代码的编写和调试工作；
5）参与项目管理工作，保证项目按时按质交付。

任职要求：
1）计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，优秀者可放宽全日制专科；
2）4年以上javaweb开发经验，2年以上项目管理经验，有数据可视化方向的开发经验者优先考虑；
3）熟练使用IntelliJIDEA、maven、springboot、spring mvc、mybatis完成服务端系统开发工作；
4）精通mysql数据库开发,熟悉SQL索引调优；
5）对高负载、大访问量情况下的系统架构的搭建、调试、排错、优化、部署等方面有一定的经验；
6）精通前端技术和框架、熟悉后端逻辑在前端实现的实践经验，具有良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力,熟悉常用Web前端技术，包括HTML/Ajax/CSS/Javascipt/jQuery等；
7）熟悉Linux操作系统命令开发；
8）熟悉七牛CDN的运用；
9）具有良好的编码习惯，严谨的编码风格；
10）对虚拟现实、视景仿真有浓厚兴趣，热爱研究新技术；
11）逻辑清晰，工作认真负责，有团队协作与奉献精神；
12）善于学习与自我提高，时间管理能力强，独立解决问题能力强，抗压能力强；
13）具有深厚的统计学、数学、数据挖掘知识，熟悉数据挖掘的相关技术者优先。
