【任职资格】

3. 精通Java语言，熟练掌握Spring Cloud、Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开源框架及其核心原理；
4. 熟悉分布式系统架构，掌握消息中间件（如Kafka/RocketMQ）、RPC框架（如Dubbo）的应用；
5. 能够独立完成系统搭建，具备良好的系统架构设计能力和文档编写能力；
6. 具备大型互联网公司会员系统或营销活动系统的设计和开发经验，深刻理解其核心业务逻辑和技术挑战（如高并发、数据一致性、防刷等），优先考虑；
7. 有AI Agent、大语言模型（LLM）应用落地或相关项目经验者优先。
