岗位职责：
1、在项目负责人、高级工程师的带领下定期完成量化的工作；
2、能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
3、根据开发进度和任务分配，完成相应模块的开发、编程任务；
4、进行程序单元、功能的测试，查出软件存在的缺陷并保证其质量；
5、进行编制项目文档和质量记录的工作。
技能要求：
1、计算机或软件工程及相关专业大专以上学历，Java开发经验3年以上；
2、扎实的JAVA基础，多线程、Io、反射、数据结构等；
3、熟练使用Eclipse/Idea，熟悉spring、springMVC、Mybatis等开源框架；
4、了解BootStrap、LayUI，MUI、React、Angularjs、Vue等前段框架；
5、能掌握Oracle/MySQL/SQLServer，有Redis，mongodb使用经验；
6、了解数据库、常见SQL语句的优化以及数据库中间件的使用，*好有JVM，Tomcat调优经验；
7、具备良好的逻辑思维,有技术文档编写及表达能力，有一定的沟通能力。
