6.跟踪行业技术发展趋势，引入新技术并落地实践。
任职要求
学历与经验：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5 年以上 Java 开发经验（优秀应届生可酌情考虑）。
2.有互联网、制造业等领域项目经验者优先。
技术能力：
1.精通 Java 语言，熟悉 JVM 原理、多线程、高并发编程及性能调优。
2.熟悉 Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等框架，了解微服务架构设计。
3.掌握关系型数据库（如 MySQL、Oracle）和非关系型数据库（如 Redis、MongoDB）的使用与优化。
4.熟悉常用中间件（如 RabbitMQ/Kafka、Nginx、Elasticsearch）和容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes）。
5.具备良好的数据结构和算法基础，能编写高质量代码。
软技能：
1.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能快速理解业务需求。
2.有较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，能独立承担技术模块开发。
3.具备良好的代码风格和文档习惯，注重技术积累和分享。
加分：
1.有分布式系统设计与开发经验。
