岗位职责：
1、熟悉与职责相关的SOP，并严格按照SOP执行；
2、按《文件管理规程》，对文件体系编号进行维护和管理，负责公司质量体系文件、记录的起草、审核、发放、回收、销毁等管理；
3、负责与GMP管理相关资料的保管和维护工作，并做好备份；
4、负责组织不合格品的调查及处理工作，确保对不合格品、报废品、质量问题返回产品的销毁进行有效的监督管理；
5、负责修订及维护质量风险管理程序，组织和协调产品质量相关的风险识别、评估、控制和监控；
6、负责组织偏差的调查、处理、监督和关闭；
7、负责组织变更的评估、跟踪和实施工作；负责组织、监督本部门的变更申请及批准后的实施，并对*终效果进行评估；
8、负责全厂范围的CAPA活动的监督，审核所有涉及CAPA内容的相关体系文件，评价CAPA的实施效果；
9、负责处理用户质量投诉的工作，确保所有与质量有关的投诉已经过调查，并得到及时正确的处理；
10、负责组织药品不良反应监测报告工作；
11、负责质量手册、SMF的起草和更新；
12、负责质量体系文件和档案的管理，负责更新和维护文件系统；
13、定期对资料架货柜进行清洁整理工作；
14、负责完成产品年度回顾并完成趋势分析；
15、负责组织公司自检、GMP认证和外部审计的组织工作，确保质量保证系统的有效性和适用性；
16、负责审核并监督委托检验、委托生产，组织对委托生产及委托检验的质量进行监控；
17、参与OOS/OOT调查审核工作；
18、完成部门负责人交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格：
1、药学或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、有同岗位工作经验者优先。
